Time Hackers Lab ("the App"), run by Greenhopex ("we"), helps authors and publishing teams plan, write and market books sold on Amazon KDP. These terms govern your use of the App, including through an AI chat app you connect to it. By using the App you agree to them.
You need an account to use the App, and you must be at least 18. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what an AI chat app you connect does with it. A workspace owner is responsible for the team members they add and the access they give them.
Use the App only for your own books and accounts, or ones you are authorised to manage. Do not misuse it, try to reach accounts or data that are not yours, or use it for anything unlawful. When you connect Amazon Ads, Meta or another platform, you must also follow that platform's own terms.
The App uses AI to write text and make images, audio and video. AI can be wrong. Review everything before you publish it: you are responsible for your books, including their accuracy and their compliance with Amazon KDP's content guidelines.
Some features, such as image generation, are paid from your wallet. Their cost is shown before you use them. If a paid step fails, its cost goes back to your wallet.
You keep ownership of your books and everything you create in the App. You let us store and process it only to run the App for you. The App and its software belong to us.
The App is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Amazon, OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta or TikTok. Their services, and the AI chat apps you connect, are governed by their own terms.
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using it, including sales, rankings or ad results, and issues caused by third-party platforms or their APIs.
You can stop using the App at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms or of a connected platform's terms.
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top. Using the App after a change means you accept it.
