Overview
Time Hackers Lab ("the App"), run by Greenhopex ("we"), helps authors and publishing teams plan, write and market books sold on Amazon KDP. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
Data we collect
- Your account. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture.
- Your workspace. The email addresses and names of team members a workspace owner adds, and the access the owner gives each of them.
- Your content. The books you work on and everything in them: titles, descriptions, publishing details (such as ISBNs and prices), outlines, pages, notes, comments, keywords, and the images, audio and video made for them. We keep a history of changes to each page, with who made each change.
- Connected accounts. If you connect an account such as Amazon Ads or Meta, we store the access it grants so the App can act on it for you, and the campaign and performance data it returns.
- AI chat connections. If you connect an AI chat app (such as ChatGPT or Claude) to the App, we receive a sign-in token linked to your account, the chat app's name, and the requests its tools send us (for example "read the outline of book 38"). We do not receive your conversations with the chat app. Changes it makes are recorded in the page history under the chat app's name.
- Payments. If you top up your wallet, our payment provider handles your card. We receive and keep the amount, date and status of each payment, never your card details.
- Survey answers. People who answer our reader surveys give us their answers and an anonymous participant ID from the research panel that invited them. We do not receive their names or email addresses.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records basic request information (such as IP address, time and page requested) to keep the App secure and working.
How we use it
We use this data to run the App: to sign you in, to show and save your work, to do what you or your AI chat ask (such as writing a page or launching an ad), to generate content, to handle payments, to answer support requests, and to keep the App secure. We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising profiles, or use it to train AI models of our own.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that run parts of the App for us: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (file storage) and Stripe (payments).
- AI model providers (OpenRouter, which passes text requests to model makers such as Anthropic, OpenAI and Google; and OpenAI, Google, xAI, fal and Inworld directly) receive the content needed for each request you make, such as a page's text to rewrite or an image idea to draw, and send back the result.
- Research data providers receive search terms and book identifiers (not personal data) to return keyword, review and video research.
- Platforms you connect (such as Amazon Ads and Meta) receive what you ask the App to create or change there.
- AI chat apps you connect receive the data their tools read for you, such as your books' outlines and pages. Their own privacy policies cover what they do with it.
- Your workspace. A workspace owner and the team members they add can see the workspace's books, within the access the owner sets.
- The law. We share data when the law requires it, or to protect the App and its users from harm.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account or your data, we delete it within 30 days, and it leaves our backups as they are replaced. We keep payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Survey answers are kept for as long as the research they belong to is in use.
Your choices
- Ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, by emailing us (below).
- Disconnect an AI chat app at any time by removing Time Hackers Lab from its plugins or connectors. A workspace owner can remove a team member, which ends their access right away.
- Remove the App's access to Amazon Ads or Meta in that platform's own settings, or ask us to delete the access we store.
- Workspace owners choose what each team member's AI may read and change, under Settings, Access Management.
Cookies
The App uses cookies only to keep you signed in and remember your settings (such as your chosen AI model). It does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
Security
Data travels encrypted (HTTPS). Access is limited to the account owner and the team members they allow. API keys are stored only as one-way hashes, and sign-in tokens for AI chats work only through the App's own tools.
Children
The App is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change, and change the date at the top.
